Creamy Fruit Smoothie (dessert type)
A mix between a thick smoothie and a light mousse — ideal as a cold dessert, no oven required and with few ingredients.
Ingredients (4 servings):
2 ripe bananas (frozen for extra creaminess)
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 natural or Greek yogurt (125 g)
1/2 cup milk (whole, plant-based, or your choice)
2 tablespoons honey, sugar, or sweetener to taste
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Ice to taste (optional, for a frappé-like texture)
(Optional) 2 tablespoons heavy cream or sweetened condensed milk for a sweeter touch
